Open to LBHS sophomores, juniors, and seniors who fill out an application and meet our requirements (see below). Applications reviewed and chosen by LBHS teachers and administration.

The form includes:
- Biographical information - name, student email, etc
- Extracurricular activities in which you are/have been involved (including supervising adult names)
- Community Service performed (including the number of service hours and supervising adult names)
- A personal statement 
- Transcript

Membership Requirements:

- Must be of the LBHS sophomore, junior, or senior class

- Must have been enrolled for a period equivalent to one semester at LBHS (or active NHS member transfer student)

- Minimum unweighted cumulative grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale

- Upon meeting the grade level, enrollment, and GPA standards, candidates will be considered based on their service, leadership, and character
